Denver Nuggets guard Ty Lawson turned in another solid effort in Saturday's 115-113 win over the Timberwolves. Lawson scored 23 points in the contest on 8 of 16 shooting from the floor. He went 6 of 7 at the charity stripe and also chipped in with nine assists, four rebounds and three steals in the victory. Lawson starting for Chauncey Billups has been more than can be expected and opening some eyes in Denver. Showing the quickness and decision making needed to be a successful point guard in the NBA.
