Keyes Foresees Week 17 NFL

Here we are, Week 17 in the NFL. Before we get to our picks for the last week of the season let us recap Week 16. In the Key Picks Department we went 2-1, unfortunately the Falcons didn't bring their A game on offense against the Saints, both the Bears and Colts won. Overall record and against the spread was 11-5 for the week which we will take, who knew the Chargers and Eagles would run into a case of the "brick wall".

So Week 17 is our last chance at perfection unless we count playoffs. First up Key Picks, sticking with last weeks theme only games that count for playoff position we go with the:

Rams over the Seahawks with our with out Matt Hasselbeck, the Rams are the better team. Sam Bradford is a lock for NFL Rookie of the Year after breaking Peyton Manning's record for completions by a rookie set in 1998 at 327. Sam has 335 with one game to go.

Colts over the Titans keeping Peyton's streak alive at reaching the playoffs at 9 consecutive seasons. The Titans are mess, Chris Johnson is basically the only weapon there and might even wish his contract ended sooner at this point. Rumors of Jeff Fisher moving may just be too big of a distraction to even keep this one close.

Buccaneers over the Saints  and they get into the playoffs with wins by Chicago and the Redskins. The Buc's are one of those teams you like to root for. Even more than that Legarrette Blount is just a monster. I said this before I will say it again that man needs to get 30 touches a game. The 2 RB  or RB by committee is not necessary to win. When you get star players let them play, that's why they are stars...
